 I . Wires 與 物件的 3D 空間距離檢測 :

 1. 2D 圖面 (BD) 可為 .dwg /.dxf 格式

    (BD drawing format  is .dwg or .dxf )

2. 可以檢測 , wires&wires , wires&Die  , wires&component  wires&MoldCap  的最小3D空間距離

    (Check the 3D Min. space of  between  wires&wires ,  wires & Die , wires & component  & wires & MoldCap Top roof )

    PS. as below Red-ball  is an error location (  Ignore checking of same net wires ) !

3. 可以各別指定正逆打線群

     (assign wires to reverse bonding)

4. 支持可種焊線連接狀態

      (support full wire link net  type , exp: Pad2Finger , Pad2Pad , Die2Die , Finger2Finger )

5. Finger  or GND ring 高度可以依據線群變化,如下圖
